We are located in small town surrounded by beauthiful nature called Mitake-cho, Gifu.
We first opened our door in 1996, located in a small town called Mitake-cho (about an hour drive from Nagoya city) . We are surrounded by beautiful nature and close from Nakasendo which is one of the five routes of the Edo period that connected Edo (modern day Tokyo) to Kyoto.
Our pastries and cakes are made fresh everyday, using finest ingredients and fruits from local farm.
